Return policy

If you are unhappy with the product you received, you can return it. On this page you can read the requirements and procedure for returns.

Reflection period

The reflection period is 14 days from receipt of the order. During this period, you can contact us by email and indicate that you want to return the order. You can also fill in this form and send it to us by email. Please state your order number.

Please carefully check our size chart before you order. If you are not sure about the size, please send us an email. We are happy to help you with finding the perfect size for your dog. We only accept a return if the product is unopened, not used and undamaged. If the seal is broken, or the packaging has been opened, unfortunately we cannot accept the return.

As soon as we have received the return request by e-mail, we will send a confirmation. If the full order is returned you will be reimbursed the purchase amount and the shipping costs. If only a part of the order is returned, the shipping costs will not be reimbursed. The costs for returning the order are for your own account. We recommend using a shipping method with track & trace. We are not liable for returns that get lost and therefore do not reach our warehouse. The amount will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after notification of the return. If the return is not received after 14 days, the amount will be refunded upon receipt of the return.

Bandoga uses the same payment method that is used by placing the order, unless the customer agrees to a different method. The refund is free of charge for the customer.

Change the size

Whoops, you ordered the wrong size. This can happen. Please keep the package closed and contact us by email. Return the product, after you informed us. We will send the right size upon receipt of the return, without charging new shipping costs. The shipping costs for the return, are for your own account.  We only accept a change of size if the product is unopened, not used and undamaged.

Products in poor condition

We at Bandoga believe that a customer is entitled to a good product. If a product is delivered in poor condition, please contact us by email. We would like to receive photos that show that the product was delivered in poor condition. After contacting our customer service, the product will be shipped again, or the purchase amount and shipping costs will be refunded.

You must return products that are in poor condition, unless otherwise discussed with our customer service. Products whose seal has been broken can therefore not be returned without being discussed with our customer service.

Receiving the wrong product

If it happens that you have received the wrong product, please let us know by email. We ensure that you receive the correct product as soon as possible. We also provide information to return the incorrect product. The return costs and shipping costs of the right product are at the expense of Bandoga.
